REVOLOGY REGISTRY

Warranty

The Revology Mustang comes standard with a New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

We call it the “1-2-5” warranty; 1 year Bumper to Bumper, 2 years Powertrain, and 5 years Body.

Bumper to Bumper coverage lasts for one year. There is no mileage limit. The tire manufacturer provides a separate tire warranty that may extend beyond the New Vehicle Limited Warranty coverage.

Powertrain components are covered for two years, also with no mileage limit. This coverage applies to the engine (block, heads, fuel pump, powertrain control module, engine mounts, flywheel, manifolds, oil pan, oil pump, seals and gaskets, thermostat, timing chain, valve covers, water pump), transmission (clutch cover, seals and gaskets, torque converter, transmission case, transmission mounts), and rear end (axle shafts, bearings, axle housing, driveshaft, retainers, supports, seals and gaskets, and universal joints). Body sheet metal panels are covered for an extended Corrosion Coverage Period, which lasts for five years, also with no mileage limit.

The extended warranty coverage only applies if a body sheet metal panel becomes perforated due to corrosion during normal use* due to a manufacturing defect in factory-supplied materials or factory workmanship.

There is no coverage for damage caused by airborne material (environmental fallout) where there is no factory-related defect involved. Warranty work can be performed and many parts can be obtained at any participating Ford dealer.

Other parts and technical support are available directly from Revology Cars LLC. For more information on the Revology Mustang warranty, please contact us at 800-974-4463 or email us at info@revologycars.com.

US Titling and Registration

In late 2015, new legislation (H.R. 22, Sec. 24405) was passed that will permit low volume automobile manufacturers to produce turn-key replica vehicles legal for sale in all 50 states. The legislation establishes a separate regulatory structure within the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for replica car manufacturers.  Revology has designed its M58 platform to be compliant with the new legislation, which requires vehicles be equipped with modern, emissions-certified engines, in order to meet federal certification requirements.  The next step is for NHTSA and EPA to implement the legislation through the issuance of regulations for compliance.  For more information, visit SEMA’s website.

Meanwhile, replica vehicles may be registered under current state regulations.  Most states allow consumers to purchase and register replica vehicle kits, including rolling chassis, when the end-user takes responsibility for the installation of the powertrain.  The vehicle receives a “replica” or “kit” title that clearly identifies it as such.  The replica vehicle kit manufacturer cannot deliver a “turn-key” automobile unless it meets Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS).  Information on the titling and registration process in different states can be found on the Specialty Equipment Manufacturer’s Association (SEMA) SEMA Action Network page.

In addition to the manufacture of replica vehicle rolling chassis kits, Revology restores original Mustangs using modern technology to improve their performance, reliability, and safety.  These vehicles are not subject to FMVSS and may be delivered as “turn-key” vehicles.  Even though not required by law, these Revology Mustangs are equipped with the same modern, low emissions engines that will be required under H.R. 22, Sec. 24405, as well as many modern safety features.

For international titling and registration, requirements vary from country to country. Please contact us to determine the proper procedure for your country. Please contact us at +1-800-974-4463 or +1-407-757-2725 or info@revologycars.com. 日本人スタッフによる日本語での対応も可能です。お問い合わせはinfo@revologycars.comまで。
