Hi, I'm Tom Scarpello of Revology Cars, and this is car 57 - a 1966 Mustang GT Convertible in Nightmist Blue metallic with Parchment and Navy interior. So, this car is equipped with our first 10R80 10-speed automatic transmission. So, Ford actually developed this transmission in collaboration with General Motors, and there's a General Motors version of it. It's a very sophisticated electronically controlled 10-speed automatic. Shifts are quick. The engine is always in the right gear in the optimal gear for acceleration or for fuel economy, or whatever the driving conditions require.  So, it's pretty remarkable how technology would something as you don't really think so much about transmission, how much they have advanced over the 50-plus years since these cars were originally produced. It just takes transmission technology to the next level. We were already happy with the 6r80 that we had been using, but obviously, technology continues to advance. We use all new powertrain components and in all of our cars because our cars are built as new cars, and that meant when Ford switched from the six-speed to the ten-speed that we switched from the six-speed to the ten-speed.  It's a pretty seamless transition. The engine management system is able to really fine-tune, the gear selection for its intended purpose. If you're accelerating, you've got more gears to choose from that'll give you quicker acceleration. If you're just cruising, you've got more gears to choose from that'll give you better fuel economy. And it's controlled. There's a sport mode; it holds the gear longer. I'm in sports mode right now, just kind of going through some twisties.  It'll hold the revs up higher and keep you in a lower gear so that you're ready to go when you're ready to step on the gas. So, it's just really, it's a nice, nice package and but then super refined just cruising around. And I can't think of a better way to practice social distancing than be cruising around in a Mustang convertible with the top down.
