Hi, I'm Tom Scarpello of Revology Cars, and this is car 62 - a 1967 GT500 in Candy Apple Red with Wimbledon White stripes. So, this is the very first production version of the Roush 5-litre RSC Supercharged Coyote V8 engine with 710 horsepower. So, we introduced the Gen 3 supercharged engine at the Amelia Island Concours back in March. We had been working on a development version of the engine in our production prototype, but this is the first production version, and it is a fantastic package. I'm extremely happy with how it turned out.  As the owner of a small business with fewer than 50 employees, I'm a really big fan of the little guy and the people that just work so hard to develop automotive products for the aftermarket, but it is really a challenge when you're talking about a lot of modern technology. It just the investment required is just so significant. Look at engine calibration, for example, the OEMs and the original equipment manufacturers like Ford, BMW, and Honda.  They've got teams of engineers that do nothing but calibration. They'll spend seven figures on a vehicle program to make sure that that engine functions properly in all operating conditions. To deliver the kind of driving experience that we deliver at Revology, we need an OEM-level calibration, and that's exactly what we got from Roush because Roush does OEM calibration. They obviously are very well known for their racing, but their primary business is engineering services for manufacturers, and that's where that expertise comes from.  So, for the Gen 3 supercharged engine, we had to do a lot of work on packaging. The main difference as far as packaging is concerned is the Gen 3 has a much larger intercooler, and that produces more power. We needed to go to a more slimline design for the radiator and the cooling fans. So, we looked at the Ford parts bin and selected the current GT350 radiator and cooling fan setup.  So, this is a high-performance OEM radiator and cooling fan setup. A lot of work was done to package, but it was really worth it because not only do we get very reliable cooling performance, we've got modern cooling fans. It's an extremely sophisticated package for a crate engine application. In fact, I would argue it's the most sophisticated package for any crate engine application on the market today.  So, a lot of people might say,   "Well, geez, seven-seven-ten, I mean look, let's face it, I mean 710 horsepower. This is really serious power."  You will see people talking about their 800-horsepower car, their 900-horsepower, or their 1000-horsepower car. You might think, well, 710, Nah! But it's one thing to post a number on a dyno sheet. It's quite another to develop a high-performance engine that's capable of being used in all the conditions that an automobile is used in, that it's streetable, that it's reliable, just cruising down the highway or sitting at idle with your AC on. So, it's more than about a big number. It's about all that the other 99 percent of the time that you use the vehicle to make it pleasant, enjoyable to drive, reliable, and it's going to last a long time.
