Revology is now hiring production technicians for day and afternoon shifts.  Please see position descriptions below for details. 

Most positions require at least 3-5 years of experience.  However, we will also consider recent graduates of automotive technical programs for apprenticeships in their chosen field. 

Revology values experience with vintage Mustangs for some positions, but not all of them.  Functionally, our products have almost nothing in common with vintage Mustangs.   Someone who is familiar with vintage Mustangs will discover he/she has a lot to learn at Revology.

Aftermarket Parts Manager

The Aftermarket Parts Manager will:

  • Develop the annual business plan for aftermarket parts
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify market opportunities
  • Develop, lead and train sales staff to ensure sales objectives are met
  • Manage the business equation to optimize unit sales, revenue, and gross profit
  • Develop wholesale and retail channel strategy
  • Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations

Qualified candidates will have at least five years’ experience in automotive parts, supplies, and/or services sales, with particular emphasis on aftermarket performance parts sales. Excellent written communications and IT skills are mandatory. Background in Ford parts a strong plus.

Shop Helper

The Shop Helper will:

  • Read, understand, and follow all safety requirements when using tools and chemicals and performing work in the shop
  • Perform basic production tasks such as sandblasting and sanding
  • Wash and vacuum automobiles
  • Remove cardboard, pallets, etc. from the shop floor and empty trash bins periodically
  • Keep the production area and warehouse clean and organized
  • Replenish supplies as needed
  • Assist production technicians and warehouse technicians as required
  • Run local errands, such as pick up and drop off of parts
  • Other duties, as assigned


  • Basic knowledge of and interest in automobiles
  • Ability to follow instructions, including use of a checklist to ensure all tasks are completed in the order of priority assigned
  • Clear verbal communication in English

Production Technician – Upholstery

Day shift

The upholstery technician creates a premium interior environment by assembling and installing the highest quality interior components.  Responsibilities include cutting, sewing, and fitment of leather seat upholstery, wrapping interior trim panels in leather and premium vinyl, installation of seats, dash, door panels, trim panels, hand fitting carpet, installing convertible tops, and working with fiberglass and seat foam.

The qualified candidate will have relevant technical training and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an automotive upholstery shop.

Production Technician – Body Collision

Day shift

At Revology, the Automotive Body Collision Technician is responsible for the following activities:

  • Build new unibodies using spot and GMAW welding
  • Fit and gap steel, fiberglass, and SMC body panels using conventional body work hand tools
  • Perform all metal work required to prepare bodies for paint
  • Build subassemblies, including consoles, instrument clusters, and fuel tanks, and install
  • Fit glass and door mechanisms
  • Fit and adjust door and trunk closures and convertible top frames
  • Install wiring harnesses, lighting, and electrical components
  • Fit weatherstrip to ensure proper body sealing
  • Fit exterior and interior trim, bumpers, and painted body panels

Automotive Body Collision Technicians at Revology work in an air-conditioned, low humidity environment with LED lighting.

Production Technician – Paint Prep

Day shift

At Revology, the Automotive Paint Prep Technician is responsible for the following activities:

  • Strips, primes, blocks, and prepares new automobile unibodies for final finish using the highest quality finishing materials and the latest equipment and technology
  • Sands, buffs, and polishes all panels to create a best in class finish
  • Sprays underbody materials, applies seam sealer, and applies corrosion inhibitors

Automotive Paint Prep technicians at Revology work in an air-conditioned, low humidity environment with LED lighting. Hours are 6:00am-2:30pm Mon-Fri.
