Hi, I'm Tom Scarpello of Revology cars, and this is car #67 - the 1967 GT500 Super Snake. This car is in Red Candy metallic with White Platinum pearl stripes. So, since the Super Snake was really a promotional vehicle, there wasn't a tremendous amount of thought given to visual differentiation, but there were two elements that were notably different on the Super Snake versus the standard GT500. First of all, was the stripe treatment. So, the super snake had a three-stripe treatment. It's a 10-inch center stripe with three-inch side stripes on either side of that with a two-inch gap in between the outermost stripes. We've recreated this on the Revology Super Snake.   And the grill, now back in ‘67, there were two different versions of the upper grille, one had in-board mounted driving lights, and then there was another one without board-mounted driving lights, which was introduced after the inboard version because certain states didn't allow the driver lights to be mounted inboard in that fashion.   So, the Super Snake utilized the outboard-mounted driving lights, but they designed a special surround on the ‘67 car. It was chrome. It was cut by hand actually kind of crudely, but ours are made from polished stainless steel, and they're laser cut. So, there the contour is perfect going around the car. We've equipped our Super Snake with the louvered hood. Some of the ‘67 Shelby's had louver hoods, some didn't. So, we put the louvered hood on our Super Snake. This car is equipped with the optional Shelby 10-spoke wheels. It's a nine-and-a-half-inch wide rim. The Super Snakes get special badging just to make absolutely certain that you know what you're looking at.   One of the great things about building new reproduction cars from this era in automotive history was it was just such a unique time for performance cars and just so many cool cars that came out of that time period, and there are so many stories, dude just I mean really interesting history. And the Super Snake is just one example. So, it's neat to be able to kind of take this story and riff on it and come up with our own modern version utilizing modern technology and just doing the kind of modern version of something that was a unique and special car back in the 60s.
